Description

Pago de Torrosillo comes from vineyards planted in 1950 at an elevation of 840 meters, offering an intense, deep, and refined expression of the Ribera del Duero.

It offers complex aromas of ripe red fruit, cocoa, and spices, accompanied by toasty notes and subtle hints of tobacco that lend it elegance and aromatic depth.

On the palate, it is powerful and well-balanced, with silky tannins, good acidity, and a long, lingering finish that underscores its potential as a great wine for aging.

Eighteen months of aging in new French oak barrels imparts structure, elegance, and complexity, resulting in a limited-production wine that is ideal for roast lamb, red meats, beef, foie gras, and gourmet cuisine.
