Dominio Secreto Albariño

Description

Albariño from the El Iglesiario vineyard in As Neves (Galicia), grown on granite soil in vines over 50 years old.

Made with native yeasts to fully preserve the vineyard’s character, it undergoes fermentation and six months of aging on the lees, followed by bottle aging, reviving the concept of Albariño as a wine for aging.

It has a yellow color with greenish and golden hues. The nose is intense, with ripe fruit, white flowers, and citrus notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and sweet, with excellent acidity, a distinct Atlantic character, and a long, lingering finish.
