Made from select grapes grown on vines that are over 25 years old.

The free-run juice is obtained from the first gentle pressing and fermented at a low temperature to preserve its purity and finesse.

It is then aged for 6 months on fine lees with regular stirring, which adds body, complexity, and a creamy texture on the palate.

This is a rich, food-friendly Albariño that combines Atlantic freshness with texture and a long finish.
